The office staff was kind and sent out a message with the name and picture of our technician. I greatly appreciated that for safety reasons. We had the same Tech work with us for both repairs. He was very professional, patient with questions and friendly. When our kids were in the yard he was also very conscientious about their safety as he worked. There were no attempts to upsell us or worry us about the condition of our unit. I cannot say enough how much we appreciate this company! Highly recommend."
