"The service tech form Save Home Heat contacted me via email with his personal picture prior to arriving at my house for my Plumbing evaluation which was a nice touch. He was on time in the 2 hr window that was allowed. He immediately put on slippers to protect my floors and carpet which was great. He went through the house and advised me about areas that could be improved. After leaving I received a prompt email the same day about tasks they could do with the expected cost. All in all I was pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing, heating, or electical work They are under contract to service my furnace and air conditioner at my home and my son's business as well."
